Kev Howard is a professional musician whose main instruments are the Aboriginal yidaki or didjeridu, the Irish bronze horn, hand percussion and various styles of Tuvan overtone singing. Kev also works as a community musician, working with disenfranchised and marginalised groups to use music as a tool for self-expression and to build individuals’ self-esteem and well-being. He is also working on a long-term project, small world Big Drums, which works with adults with complex physical and learning difficulties. He has toured internationally – from Australia to Finland – performing didjeridu. He is currently working on his third CD which should be ready for release in early 2018.
