The Byre Theatre, Abbey Street - Conference Room

A performance through digital text generation by Jerome Fletcher

This is a bilingual text.

…reusement – something connected to ‘reuse’, ‘recycling’?

…reusement – a contraction of the French ‘heureusement’ as an exclamation, ‘phew’ or ‘thank goodness’

A man scrapes away at his memory, looking for the details of a loss. He tries to recover a moment in his childhood when, while he is playing with his toy soldiers on a table, one falls to the floor. Through the fragments of memory, the tin soldier is retrieved, and with it comes a discovery of how the arachnean web of language works.
