Loop showings of films featuring poetry by Geneviève Gosselin-G., Jonathan Lamy, Rachel McCrum, and Calum Rodger

Over the summer and autumn of 2016, Scotland-based poets Rachel McCrum and Calum Rodger collaborated with Jonathan Lamy and Genevieve Gosselin-G., poets and filmmakers from Montreal. What emerged is a series of filmpoems which trace connections between Montreal and Scotland, and explore the ways in which we view cities and place ourselves within them.

The filmpoems are shown on a loop as a free installation between 10.00am and 10.00pm from Thursday to Sunday, except during other events in the Conference Room – see full festival programme for details.

The Quebec-UK Connexions Project is a collaborative project between the Scottish Poetry Library and the Maison De La Poesie in Montreal, funded by the Quebec Government and British Council Canada.
