A workshop on movement and migration with poet Patience Agbabi

Patience Agbabi is a much published poet and experienced workshop tutor. Join her for a workshop with a difference. is a movement: a walk across the landscape in solidarity with refugees, asylum seekers and detainees; an anthology of anonymous tales, modern day counterparts to the pilgrims’ stories in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales. This workshop will use extracts from Refugee Tales to enable you to write your own narrative poem of physical or psychological migration based on real or imagined experience. Prepare to be moved. Beginning and established poets welcome.
