Collective Poetry Reading

Saturday 9 March, 19:15 - 19:30
The Byre Theatre, Abbey Street - Level 2 Foyer
FREE

Join us for a moment of solidarity in our collective reading

Over the past years, our collective readings have seen over a hundred people (from poets to passers by) reading aloud different poems all at the same time, filling the Byre Theatre with poetry. This year we'll be sharing poems from A Blade of Grass: New Palestinian Poetry (Smokestack Books, ed. Naomi Foyle).

No previous experience of reading poetry is necessary, and quiet voices are as welcome as commanding ones, so please do come along to the Byre for this special event.

In association with A Year of Conversation. Laura Accerboni's appearance at StAnza is supported by ProHelvetia
