Three artists, three gardens

George Angel, Lucy Cash and Luke Pell, three artists and writers from across the world, are coming together this spring to share practice and poems as part of StAnza. Drawing on each of their diverse bodies of work and interests in ecology and the garden ‘as performance’ they will respond to the season and to a number of sites in St Andrews to create a series of gentle poem/performance interventions and installations. Words, movements, actions and images will be worked – together and apart – to create quiet, a series of quiet performative encounters throughout the festival. Visit Kinburn Park and the gardens at the Byre Theatre and the Preservation Trust Museum to join George, Lucy or Luke or an object or trace they have left behind.
