Marco Fazzini has translated and taught poetry at various universities, including St Andrews, and is now at the University of Ca' Foscari. His recent publications include: Crossings: Essays on Contemporary Scottish Poetry and Hybridity (2000); L'acrobata della memoria (2002), a book on Geoffrey Hill; Alba Literaria (2005), a history of Scottish literature; and Tradurre, paradiso dei poeti (2005), a book on poetical translations. He edits a poetry series for Edizioni del Bradipo (Lugo, Ravenna) and has published poetry for various literary journals.
