StAnza continues to include poetry in translation as a vital dimension of the festival, and this year we are delighted to feature for the first time two exciting poets from Lithuania. Kornelijus Platelis, an ex-civil engineer, is a poet, essayist, translator and President of the Lithuanian Artists Association; Sonata Paliulyte, a trained actor and freelance translator, has had her own poetry translated and published in around a dozen languages.
