Two more StAnza poets present their personal choice of and responses to the work of two twentieth-century American poets: Wallace Stevens, one of the country’s most important and influential modernist poets; and Lorine Niedecker, the self-styled “condensery” poet, whose remarkable work has only recently started to gain the wider recognition it deserves.
